I purchased this mount to be used on a midlength Magpul MOE forend. I am very impressed with the quality and ease of installation of this sling mount. This is currently being used as a demo on a LE patrol rifle with the idea of a rail-less "clean" setup. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a sturdy mount without needing to install rails.
