Little update on this light mount. It does have one drawback for my LWRC rifle when mounted in the 10:30 position on the top rail. During a complete clean and break down, you have to remove the top rail to get to the piston assembly. When you replace the rail and the light mount, unless you can magically know the exact tightening pressure for the mount screws, it throws off your zero by moving the front sight(attached to the top rail) due to marginally bending the rail itself. If the mounts were curved to the same radius of the rail, this would probably be eliminated. If I mounted the light to the bottom half of the rail, this would also likely eliminate the problem. Otherwise, still good to go.

Excellent product for the money. It is solid and light weight! Standard hand guards don't have to be boring anymore.I installed mine on the left hand side of my rifle so that I can reach my light switch without the need for wired tail cap.
